Geo-Detection & Multi-Region
Business plan includes automatic geo-detection via IP address. Cookeaz displays the appropriate banner: GDPR opt-in for EU, CCPA "Do Not Sell" for California, or simpler notices for other regions.
Yes, with Business plan you can configure region-specific content and behavior. Show GDPR banner in French for France, CCPA banner in English for California, etc.
We use MaxMind's database with 99.8% accuracy at country level and 95%+ for US state-level (CCPA). Edge cases default to the strictest applicable regulation.
Account & Support
Go to Settings > Security > Delete Account. This deactivates your account and removes all sites. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Free: Email (48h response). Pro: Priority email (24h). Business: Email and chat (4h during business hours). All plans include docs and guides.
Yes, use "Transfer Ownership" in site settings. The receiving account must have an active subscription with available site slots.

We offer three plans: Free (€0 - 1 site, 5,000 consents), Pro (€8/month - 5 sites, 100,000 consents, analytics), and Business (€19.90/month - unlimited sites and consents, CCPA mode, geo-detection).
Yes! Save up to 38% when you pay annually. Pro is €60/year (€5/month equivalent) and Business is €150/year (€12.50/month equivalent).
Free plan: banner stops collecting new consents. Pro plan: €0.02 per 100 extra consents. Business plan: unlimited consents. We notify you at 80% usage.
Yes! Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit for European customers.
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Test with our free plan before upgrading.

Yes, with our Business plan, you get full CCPA/CPRA compliance: "Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information" link, GPC signal detection, and Geo-detection for automatic banner selection.
